"Oh," Dani echoes, realization visibly dawning on her then. "You're that John, okay." That explains why the name sounded familiar, and probably, too, why she didn't place it right away. He doesn't look like she would have expected him to, or maybe that's just the fact that he's currently wandering around the university library for still largely unknown reasons. Knowing that he's Martin's John, though, she's all the more inclined to help him find whatever it is he's looking for, although she still has some doubts about the likelihood of finding anything useful in the history section. That sort of information, as far as she can tell, tends to be opaque at best.

Rounding a corner, she looks over, glad it's fairly quiet over here, not too many people coming and going in this area for the time being. "Yeah, I met Martin... pretty soon after I first got here, I think? It's nice to finally meet you, too."
